Terms of Service
Last updated 7 September 2026.
These terms cover your use of dex-tokens.io, and in particular the paid promoted listings sold on it. “We” and “us” mean the operator of dex-tokens.io; “you” means the person using the site or paying for a listing. By paying for a promoted listing you accept these terms.
1. What dex-tokens.io is
dex-tokens.io publishes market data about Solana tokens, gathered from public sources. Where we have not measured something we say so rather than showing a number we did not read.
Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Tokens are volatile and many of them go to zero. What you do with the information here is your decision and your risk.
2. What a promoted listing costs, and what it buys
A promoted listing costs 0.15 SOL. That is a single payment for a single listing. There are no tiers, no packages, no upgrades and no recurring charge.
What it buys is a permanent placement on the promoted page. The listing does not expire on a date, there is no renewal and there is nothing to pay again. It stays there until it is removed under section 5.
One listing covers one token. A token that already has a live listing cannot be listed a second time.
3. How payment works
Payment is a direct transfer of SOL on the Solana network, from your own wallet to the address we show you when you submit the listing. There is no payment processor and no third party takes custody of your money at any point. The transfer is a public on-chain fact you can check in any block explorer.
When you submit a listing we quote you two things — the amount and the address — and hold your token’s place on the promoted page for 30 minutes. We verify your payment against that stored quote, not against whatever the price happens to be later, so a price change on our side can never turn a payment you already made into a payment that is short.
Your listing is given a payment reference. Your transaction has to carry that reference so we can match your money to your listing. Once we have verified the transfer on chain, the listing goes live.
We never hold your keys and we never sign a transaction for you. Every transaction is signed in your own wallet, by you.
4. Refunds
Two different things can happen after you pay, and they are not treated the same way. Only one of them can be true of any given payment.
4.1 Your listing went live — non-refundable
Once your listing is live, the placement has been delivered and your 0.15 SOL is non-refundable. That covers changing your mind, the token’s price going the wrong way, and deciding later that you no longer want the listing. It also covers a listing we remove under section 5: a listing taken down for breaking these terms is not refunded.
4.2 Your payment arrived but the placement was no longer available — refunded
The quote described in section 3 holds your token’s place for 30 minutes. If that window lapses and another listing for the same token goes live before your payment is confirmed, then your payment arrives and there is nothing left for us to sell you. Your listing cannot be created.
You are refunded in that case. We keep the record of your payment, mark it as a refund owed to you, and tell you on screen — plainly, and without suggesting you did anything wrong — together with your transaction signature and a link to it in a block explorer.
To claim it, email support@dex-tokens.io and quote that transaction signature. Keep it: it is the reference that identifies your payment, it is what the operator works from, and it is shown to you on the same screen that tells you the placement was gone.
The refund is made by hand. This site holds no key that can move funds, deliberately — nothing here can send you money on its own. So a refund under 4.2 is a payment the operator makes personally once you have made contact. There is no automated process behind it, and we do not state a settlement time we would have no way of holding ourselves to. What we do commit to is this: the money is owed to you, the record of your payment is kept, and it is not written off because you were slow to ask.
5. Removal
We may remove any listing, at any time, at our discretion. Reasons include, but are not limited to: the details you gave us were inaccurate, you were not authorised to submit the token, the token turns out to be a scam or to have been abandoned, or the listing exposes us or our readers to legal or reputational risk.
Removal under this section is not refunded — see section 4.1. It is a judgement we make, and we are not obliged to justify it to you.
6. What we do not check
A listing can carry an audit link and a KYC link. Both are supplied by whoever paid for the listing. They are self-reported and unverified.
We display the links you give us. We do not check them, we do not confirm who produced what is behind them, and we do not verify a single claim they make. The presence of either link on a listing is not a statement by dex-tokens.io that the token has been audited, or that anyone behind it has been identified. It is a statement that someone told us so.
We do not charge anything to display either link, so nothing about their presence is bought.
7. A listing is not an endorsement
Every listing on the promoted page is paid placement. It is not a ranking, it is not a measure of anything, it is not a recommendation and it is not an endorsement by dex-tokens.io.
Paying for a listing buys placement and nothing else. No opinion about a token is expressed, implied, or for sale here.
8. What you confirm when you submit a listing
By submitting a listing you confirm that you are authorised to submit that token, and that the details you give us are accurate. If they are not, section 5 applies and section 4.1 applies with it.
You are responsible for the content you supply — the name, the description, the logo and the links. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.
9. Availability, and the limits of what we owe you
We do not promise that this site is available without interruption, that the market data on it is complete, or that it is free of error. Prices, liquidity and token metadata come from third-party sources and can be wrong, late or missing.
Nothing in this section limits the refund owed under section 4.2, which is a debt we acknowledge rather than a service level we are disclaiming.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page says when they last changed. A change does not alter what was already agreed for a listing that is already live — those terms are the ones that were in force when it was paid for.
